Return Policy
At SINGCALL, returns are easy! We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact Customer Service to process your return.
European 、US 、Canada 、Australia、Japan、customers can return their products to our warehouse in local, Customers from other countries will need to send their products to our warehouse.
The products are fine, but I changed my mind
Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. For details on the return policy, please choose the region where the order was delivered: European Union or United States and rest of the world.
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Products with quality problems
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period. The warranty period is 60 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
Note:
1. If you want to return the items, please notify us by email, stating the reason and the order number within 7 days of receipt.
2. Any items must be sent back completely with the original package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method.
